A brother and a sister grow up by the seashore. One stormy evening, the sister walks straight into the waves and disappears. Ten years later, her brother gives up waiting for her return and dives after her. Shapes and shadows come to life in the depths, past and present intertwine in the currents as he searches for his sister. Through acrobatics, grotesque and physical object theater, HOUL tells a tale of love between two siblings, between a man and the sea, of a love that can never die.
