"What was I going to say...?" is a piece in which Cie. Black Stroller deals with distractions *Phone rings* We fix our eyes on the notification of a mobile phone. On the way to work, we see the latest election billboards when a shampoo ad jumps into our face. *Zapp* We are watching a nature documentary and listening to the chirping of birds. We hear the rustling of autumn leaves under our feet during a walk in the forest. Suddenly, we realize that we are viewing an imagined landscape that is brought to life by movement and foley. Through the fusion of contemporary dance, acrobatics, live music, foley and physical theatre, the company creates different universes that transition into each other through abrupt or subtle diversions.
