Since 2003, drummer Beatrice Graf - Swiss Music Prize 2019 - has been playing outdoors with a suitcase drum set made of recycled objects. Since 2008, she has been giving street concerts/performances with this setup. In 2018, she added two one-string guitars and her voice to the drums. Her "one woman band" was born. She also performs in groups with other performers like the circus artist Georg Traber, the musicians Domi Chansorn or Florence Chitacumbi, or the South African Jazz brass band Country Cooking. She also sets up itinerant artistic projects like www.cycloton.ch with Benu Zitz. During this music and bicycle tour of Switzerland, the electricity for the sound system was produced by the audience pedaling on stage.
