A camel is captured in the desert and sold across the sea to a circus. From now on, with a clown on its back, it has to present an act in the ring every evening. The camel and the clown, who is laughed at not only by the audience but also by the circus family, become good friends and are a little less lonely from now on. But even after years, the camel is still terribly homesick for his family. One day he finds the courage to leave the circus. Together with the clown, he sets off on the long journey back to the desert. This is when their adventure really begins.
