Der Zirkus FahrAwaY ist ein kleiner Zirkus für Jung und Alt. In unseren Programmen verschmelzen Artistik und Handwerk, immer begleitet von Livemusik. Wir spielen unter freiem Himmel und im Zelt, in Städten und Dörfern in ganz Europa.
Circus FahrAwaY is a small circus for young and old. Our programs blend artistry and craftsmanship, always accompanied by live music. We perform in the open air and in tents, in cities and villages all over Europe.

Anmutige Tänzer*innen und graziöse Sprünge? Fehlanzeige. Hubwagen, Spanngurte, Vorschlaghämmer stehen im Mittelpunkt von «Ballett». In der neuen Produktion von FahrAwaY wirbeln sieben Artist*innen mächtig Staub auf: ein Stück ungewöhnlicher Zirkus, spektakulär und absurd, waghalsig und poetisch, nachdenklich und lustig, mit packender, pulsierender Livemusik.
«Ballett» liefert einen dicht verpackten Zirkus an einen seltsamen Ort – eine menschenleere Landstrasse oder ein Umschlagplatz im Industriegebiet? Eine nahe Zukunft? Die Ankömmlinge packen unbeirrt aus, phantasieren eine ganze Welt herbei, bauen Türme und reissen sie wieder ein. Die Musik aus abenteuerlichen Instrumenten fährt buchstäblich über die Bühne, das Geschehen erscheint in immer wieder neuem Licht. Auch das Publikum, das wie Zaungäste an einem Strassenrand auf beiden Seiten der langen Bühne sitzt, hat ganz unterschiedliche Perspektiven. «Ballett» ist ein Erlebnis und berührt und begeistert Menschen jeden Alters ganz ohne spezifische Sprachkenntnisse. Ein poetisches «Perpetuum mobile» mit industriellem Charme.
Graceful dancers and graceful jumps? Nothing like it! Lift trucks, tension belts and sledgehammers are at the centre of «Ballett». In FahrAwaY's new production, seven artists stir up a lot of dust: an unusual circus act, spectacular and absurd, daring and poetic, thoughtful and funny, with gripping, pulsating live music.
«Ballett» delivers a densely packaged circus performance to a strange place - a deserted country road or a transshipment point in an industrial estate? A near future? The arrivals unflinchingly unpack, fantasizing a whole world, building towers and tearing them down again. The music created using adventurous instruments literally travels across the stage, the events appear in ever-new light. Even the audience, sitting on both sides of the long stage like spectators at the side of a road, has completely different perspectives. «Ballett» is an experience that touches and inspires people of all ages without any specific language knowledge. A poetic «perpetuum mobile» with industrial charm.
Des danseurs* gracieux* et des sauts gracieux ? Rien de tout cela. Des chariots élévateurs, des sangles, des marteaux de proposition sont au centre de «Ballett». Dans la nouvelle production de FahrAwaY, sept artistes* font voler la poussière : une pièce de cirque inhabituelle, spectaculaire et absurde, téméraire et poétique, réfléchie et drôle, avec une musique live captivante et vibrante.
«Ballett» livre un cirque emballé de manière compacte dans un lieu étrange - une route de campagne déserte ou un centre de transbordement dans une zone industrielle ? Un futur proche ? Les arrivants déballent imperturbablement, imaginent tout un monde, construisent des tours et les démolissent. La musique composée d'instruments aventureux traverse littéralement la scène, l'action apparaît sous un jour toujours nouveau. Le public, assis de part et d'autre de la longue scène comme des spectateurs au bord d'une route, a lui aussi des perspectives très différentes. «Ballett» est une expérience qui touche et enthousiasme les personnes de tous âges, sans connaissances linguistiques spécifiques. Un «perpetuum mobile» poétique au charme industriel.

Nella nuova produzione di FahrAwaY, sette artisti sollevano un sacco di polvere: un pezzo di circo insolito, spettacolare e assurdo, audace e poetico, riflessivo e divertente, con musica dal vivo avvincente e pulsante.
«Ballett» consegna un circo compatto in un luogo strano: una strada di campagna deserta o un punto di trasbordo in una zona industriale? Un futuro prossimo? Gli arrivati disfano senza ritegno le valigie, fantasticano su un mondo intero, costruiscono torri e le demoliscono di nuovo. La musica di strumenti avventurosi attraversa letteralmente il palco, gli eventi appaiono sotto una luce sempre nuova. Persino il pubblico, seduto come un recinto sul ciglio di una strada da entrambi i lati del lungo palcoscenico, ha prospettive completamente diverse. «Ballett» è un'esperienza che tocca e ispira persone di tutte le età senza alcuna conoscenza specifica della lingua. Un «perpetuum mobile» poetico dal fascino industriale.

Für Wirbel sorgen in «Drüll» vier Artist*innen und zwei Musiker mit vielen verrückten Ideen und Live-Musik. Alles dreht sich, im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes, um Stahlrohre und Bretter. Handwerkliches Geschick, exaktes Zusammenspiel, Fleiß, Mut, Risiko, Neugierde und Freude bringen Veränderung und immer neue Situationen mit sich, die balancierend und kletternd erforscht werden. Spektakuläre Akrobatik in luftiger Höhe an Trapez und Vertikalseil, Jonglage innerhalb der sich drehenden und rollenden Konstruktion und inmitten des Geschehens die beiden Musiker, die mit ihrer eigensinnigen Musik das Ganze so richtig in Schwung bringen.
Ein Zirkuserlebnis von ganz eigenem Charme, sympathisch und erfrischend originell.
Four artists and two musicians with lots of crazy ideas and live music cause a stir in «Drüll». Everything revolves around steel pipes and boards, in the truest sense of the word. Craftsmanship, precise interaction, diligence, courage, risk, curiosity and joy bring change and always new situations that are explored by balancing and climbing. Spectacular acrobatics at airy heights on the trapeze and vertical rope, juggling inside the rotating and rolling construction and, in the midst of the action, two musicians who really get the whole thing going with their wayward music.
A circus experience with a charm all of its own, enjoyable and refreshingly original.
Dans le spectacle «Drüll», quatre artistes* et deux musiciens font tourner les têtes avec de nombreuses idées folles et de la musique live. Tout tourne, au sens propre du terme, autour de tubes d'acier et de planches. L'habileté manuelle, l'interaction exacte, l'application, le courage, le risque, la curiosité et la joie apportent le changement et des situations toujours nouvelles, qui sont explorées en équilibre et en grimpant. Des acrobaties spectaculaires en hauteur au trapèze et à la corde verticale, du jonglage à l'intérieur de la construction tournante et roulante et, au milieu de tout cela, les deux musiciens qui, avec leur musique obstinée, donnent vraiment du rythme à l'ensemble.
Une expérience de cirque au charme tout à fait particulier, sympathique et d'une originalité rafraîchissante.
Quattro artisti e due musicisti con un sacco di idee folli e musica dal vivo fanno scalpore in «Drüll». Tutto ruota intorno a tubi e tavole d'acciaio, nel vero senso della parola. L'artigianato, l'interazione esatta, la diligenza, il coraggio, il rischio, la curiosità e la gioia portano cambiamenti e situazioni sempre nuove che vengono esplorate con l'equilibrio e l'arrampicata. Spettacolari acrobazie ad altezza d'uomo sul trapezio e sulla corda verticale, giocoleria all'interno della costruzione rotante e rotolante e, in mezzo all'azione, i due musicisti che animano il tutto con la loro musica stravagante.
Un'esperienza circense con un fascino tutto suo, simpatico e originale.

Das «Zirkus Znacht» ist ein Format, das kulinarische und artistische Kunst verbindet, indem als eminenter Bestandteil der Vorstellung gekocht und gemeinsam gegessen wird: Die Zubereitung des Essens wird in artistische Darbietungen verpackt, sodass die Zuschauenden schlussendlich als willkommene Gäst*innen an der langen Tafel Platz nehmen können. Die Artist*innen werden dabei zu Gastgebenden eines unvergesslichen Abends.
«Zirkus Znacht» (Circus Dinner) is a format that combines culinary and artistic arts by cooking and eating together as an eminent part of the performance: the preparation of the food is wrapped up in artistic performances so that the audience can finally take a seat at the long table as welcome guests. The artists become the hosts of an unforgettable evening.
Le «Zirkus Znacht» (dîner du cirque) est un format qui associe l'art culinaire et l'art artistique, dans la mesure où la cuisine et le repas en commun font partie intégrante du spectacle : La préparation du repas est intégrée dans des représentations artistiques, de sorte que les spectateurs* peuvent finalement prendre place à la longue table en tant qu'invités bienvenus. Les artistes* deviennent ainsi les hôtes* d'une soirée inoubliable.
«Zirkus Znacht» (cena del circo) è un format che combina arti culinarie e artistiche, cucinando e mangiando insieme come parte importante dello spettacolo: La preparazione del cibo è avvolta da performance artistiche, in modo che il pubblico possa finalmente prendere posto al lungo tavolo come gradito ospite. Gli artisti diventano i padroni di casa di una serata indimenticabile.

Eine Artistin, ein Zelt, ihr Stück, ein Artist und warum doch alles anders kommt als geplant. Der kleine Schweizer Zirkus erzählt die Begegnung zweier Artist*innen, schlicht, verspielt und verrückt, mit leisen Tönen und feinem Witz. Ohne Glitzer und Trompeten.
Im Stück verschmelzen Zirkus, Theater, Musik, Clownerie und Handwerk. Viele klassische Zirkusdisziplinen wie Jonglage, Diabolo, Schlappseil, Vertikalseil, Akrobatik kommen zum Einsatz, jedoch nie in gewohnter Manier. Ungewöhnliche Objekte, aber auch das Zelt, die Masten und Alltägliches wie ein Schrank oder ein Fahrrad werden involviert und zu Spielpartnern. Es gibt kein ‹hinter der Bühne›. Kompromisslos wird alles von den zwei Protagonist*innen gestemmt und nichts wird versteckt, so sieht man beispielsweise auch alle Lichtwechsel und Umbauten.
Mit humorvollen und clownesken Momenten gibt es viel zu lachen, poetische Bilder laden zum Träumen ein.
An artist, a big top, his show, an artist and why everything goes wrong. Le petit cirque suisse tells the story of the meeting of two artists, simple, playful and crazy, with gentle notes and subtle humour. Without glitter or trumpets.
In the play, circus, theatre, music, clowning and handicraft merge. Many classic circus disciplines such as juggling, diabolo, clacking rope, vertical rope and acrobatics are used, but never in the usual way. Unusual objects, but also the big top, masts and everyday objects such as a wardrobe or a bicycle are involved and become partners in the performance. There is no 'backstage'. Everything is handled uncompromisingly by the two protagonists and nothing is hidden, e.g. you can see all the light changes and transformations.
With humorous and clownish moments, there is a lot of laughter, and poetic images invite you to dream.
Une artiste, un chapiteau, son spectacle, un artiste et pourquoi tout se passe autrement que prévu. Le petit cirque suisse raconte la rencontre de deux artistes, simple, ludique et folle, avec des notes douces et un humour subtil. Sans paillettes ni trompettes.
Dans la pièce, le cirque, le théâtre, la musique, le clown et l'artisanat fusionnent. De nombreuses disciplines classiques du cirque comme le jonglage, le diabolo, la corde à claquer, la corde verticale, l'acrobatie sont utilisées, mais jamais de manière habituelle. Des objets inhabituels, mais aussi le chapiteau, les mâts et des objets quotidiens comme une armoire ou un vélo sont impliqués et deviennent des partenaires de jeu. Il n'y a pas de 'coulisses'. Tout est géré sans compromis par les deux protagonistes et rien n'est caché, on voit par exemple tous les changements de lumière et les transformations.
Avec des moments humoristiques et clownesques, on rit beaucoup, des images poétiques invitent à la rêverie.
Un artista, un tendone, il suo spettacolo, un artista e perché tutto va male. Le petit cirque suisse racconta la storia dell'incontro di due artisti, semplice, giocosa e folle, con note gentili e sottile umorismo. Senza lustrini né trombe.
Nello spettacolo si fondono circo, teatro, musica, clownerie e artigianato. Vengono utilizzate molte discipline classiche del circo, come la giocoleria, il diabolo, la corda da sferragliare, la corda verticale e l'acrobatica, ma mai nel modo consueto. Oggetti insoliti, ma anche il tendone, gli alberi e oggetti di uso quotidiano come un armadio o una bicicletta sono coinvolti e diventano partner dello spettacolo. Non c'è un "dietro le quinte". Tutto è gestito senza compromessi dai due protagonisti e nulla è nascosto, ad esempio è possibile vedere tutti i cambi di luce e le trasformazioni.
Con momenti umoristici e clowneschi, si ride molto e le immagini poetiche invitano a sognare.
