Des Mots plein les Poches tells the story of Esopinetta, the guardian and giver of words, who wears 49 petticoats full of hundreds of pockets, each filled with a multitude of words... Words for every day and every situation. A few steps away lives a young boy. He is very sad and has decided not to talk to anyone. They call him Motus. When he sees Esopinetta and the children living happily, Motus decides to go and meet them and find out what is hidden in the pockets of the word-giver's pretty petticoats. The show pays tribute to emotions, language and the healing power of words. It brings together very different worlds: storytelling, clowning, lyrical art and pantomime. A show inspired by the children's book of the same name, by Colette Jacob and Natali Fortier (illustrator).
